In either case, we will look to deliver fair value as quickly and simply as possible. We can also work with you to develop structures and transactions to achieve any of your objectives that may not be met by a standard sale and purchase transaction.

We also facilitate partial realisations via equity release transactions, allowing you to keep a shareholding or governance role.
