Capital Outsourcing

Capital-intensive companies often face conflicting objectives when financing and growing their businesses. STAR will acquire your capital assets, releasing capital that you can invest in growing your business while keeping access to the outsourced assets or activities. This approach has a number of benefits:

We can achieve this partnership either through a re-capitalisation, where STAR takes a direct interest in your company, or by creating a joint venture acquisition vehicle.
