Eric Dailey

Eric's experience includes seven years at Credit Agricole where he was responsible for equity investment in Italy and mergers & acquisitions in Italy and France. He was CEO of the US subsidiary of a large multinational food company which he grew to a turnover of US$650 million. Eric has served on various boards and was senior advisor to JP Morgan Partners in New York.
Aage Figenschou

Aage is a director in the oil & gas sector for Simmonds & Co, a Houston based investment bank for the energy industry. He is also a director of Astrup Fearnley a/s, the parent of a group of companies involved in shipping and offshore brokering. Aage is a consultant to a variety of public and private companies in the oil & gas and shipping industries.
Alain le Jeune

Alain is a board member of Sofindev, a Brussels based private equity fund focusing on mid-cap buy-outs in Holland and Belgium. He was previously director at AXA Private Equity responsible for European fund allocations. Prior to that he spent 12 years in structured and project finance with HSBC Investment Bank and Bankers Trust Co.
Gavin Lickley

Gavin was Global Head of the Structured Finance Division in the
Financing Sector at Deutsche Bank, responsible for 450 employees
and €17 billion of loan assets. The division provided and advised
on loans and capital market financings. Gavin is the non-executive
Chairman of Inexus Group, one of the STAR portfolio companies.
Roland Martin-Löf

Roland has had a long career in the paper & pulp industry. He has worked for the Swedish Pulp and Paper Association, STORA, MoDo Paper and latterly as CEO of Kvaerner Pulp & Paper.
Peter Nicholls

Peter was responsible for the gas and power trading and marketing business of Total in the UK. He has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. He is an independent director of the International Petroleum Exchange and is Chairman of their Risk and Audit Committee. He was a member of the Government's Energy Advisory Panel.
Hubertus Rukavina

Until the end of 2003, Hubertus was a partner at Sal. Oppenheim responsible for private banking, asset management and operations. Prior to that he spent 26 years with Citigroup, latterly as executive vice president.
Frank Turner

Frank Turner has over 40 years of experience in the airline and
aerospace sectors and is currently Chairman of SR Technics (a STAR
investment), as well as being Chairman of Aero Inventory plc. He
spent over 33 years with Rolls-Royce plc, including four years
as main board director responsible for commercial engines. He also
served on the boards of International Aero Engines A.G., British
Midland plc and Lucas Industries plc.
David van der Woude

David has over twenty years of experience in international investment
banking. In 1991, he set up a business partnership, Mackwood focussed
on the initiation of and assistance with the execution of deals
for the private equity industry. Mackwood had ten years of closing
deals in the £10-£300 million range. David is currently
Vice Chairman of Financial Dynamics having previously assisted with
their buy-out.
Dr Arne Wittlöv

Arne spent 18 years at Volvo Group in Sweden, latterly as Executive Vice President of the Volvo Group and before that as CEO of Volvo Aero Corporation. Although now retired, he is still a board member of Volvo Aero and other Volvo companies. He is Chairman of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and Chairman of Göteborg University.
Nicholas Page

Between 1999 and 2006 Nick Page was Chief Operating Officer of Travelex PLC, the foreign currency and payments group. Prior to then he was Chief Executive of Hambros Insurance Services plc, a listed global insurance services group; deputy chairman of Hambro Group Investments, the non-banking direct investment and private equity arm of Hambros plc; and an executive director of Hambros Bank. He is a director of London listed International Personal Finance, providing finance to 2 million people in Eastern Europe and Mexico.

Following his departure from Kuoni Hans has been the Group CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors at SR Technics. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Kühne + Nagel International, Vice Chairman of new Venturetec and a member of the Advisory Board of Alpitours in Italy.

Maria Teresa Estevan Bolea - Spain and Energy

Maria Teresa is an industrial engineer, with over thirty years of experience in the energy and environmental sectors. She has worked in the engineering, construction and assembly aspects of cement factories, chemical plants, oil refineries, thermal power stations and oil and gas pipelines and has also been involved in the planning process for thermal power plants, renewable energy projects and nuclear energy. Maria Teresa chaired the Spanish Nuclear Safety Council for five years and has been a member of the European Parliament and a member of the Spanish Congress of Deputies.
