Stephen founded STAR with Tony. He previously spent 14 years working on the financing of capital asset investments. He has extensive experience of corporate and project finance with HSBC, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and worked on raising finance for over US$4 billion of projects.
