STAR exits TASC Infrastructure

24 March 2026

STAR Capital Partnership LLP (“STAR”) is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of 100% of the share capital in TASC Infrastructure Property Company1 (“TIPCO” or the “Company”), including the exit of its founding shareholders Digital Infrastructure Holdings Europe and Mr. Raja Gedeon, to Unison Infrastructure, a telecommunications and renewables infrastructure investor in the US and Europe.

TIPCO acquires and manages rental income generated from telecom infrastructure including masts, ground leases, and rooftop leases. In November 2018, STAR via its STAR III Fund provided the Company with a secured credit facility and in December 2021 agreed to convert the loan into an equity stake.

Working closely with the Founders, STAR supported the creation of a European portfolio and helped build a telecom infrastructure portfolio serving wireless network operators. At the time of STAR’s initial investment the Company owned 35 sites. Subsequent to STAR’s involvement, the portfolio grew to ~500 assets across Italy, Spain, Poland, the UK, and Greece.

TIPCO exemplifies the strategic asset characteristics STAR seeks across its investments: (i) long-term, contracted cashflows from good credit quality counterparties that deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns; (ii) structural sector growth driven by ongoing digitalisation and network densification requirements; and (iii) an underdeveloped asset class characterised by fragmented ownership and clear consolidation potential.

1The Company going forward will no longer trade under the name TASC.
