Johan Rosenberg, based in Stockholm, is a senior advisor to STAR Capital as from 2026. He has been working more than 30 years with M&A having advised on numerous transactions and advisory assignments with a strong focus on privately held companies.
Before joining STAR Capital he was a partner at PwC leading their M&A activities in Sweden for almost 20 years and a member of PwC’s Global leadership network. Earlier in his career, he was at Handelsbanken Investment banking for 12 years.
He has an MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Linköping University.
