Overview

In March 2018 STAR completed the acquisition of GSLS from Carlyle Cardinal Ireland.

GSLS is a leading independent outsourced secure logistics operator in Ireland. It provides services to Ireland’s largest banks, other financial institutions, and customers in the retail and hospitality sector. Key services include the secure transportation and processing of cash, managing the coin and note supply and ATM supply and maintenance.

STAR aims to support the management team to build on GSLS’s success to date by identifying new opportunities for growth, making investments in the Company’s fleet, employee base and IT operations, and adding new services.
