Overview

In November 2018, STAR advanced a convertible secured credit facility to TASC Infrastructure (“TASC”). In December 2021, STAR agreed to convert the loan and is now a majority investor in TASC.

TASC acquires and manages rental streams generated from telecom mast sites, including ground, rooftop, in-building and other structures. 

STAR’s strategy is to support management in developing a European portfolio of sites and build a niche telecom infrastructure leasing provider to wireless network operators.
